Welcome to Business Entrepreneurs Connect (BEC).

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the BEC website, membership plans and qualified lead generation services.

By submitting an enquiry, enrolling with BEC, purchasing a membership plan or using BEC services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About BEC

Business Entrepreneurs Connect (BEC) is a Tamil Nadu-focused online business network.

BEC currently focuses on five business domains:

• Construction
• Interiors
• Solar
• Catering
• Photography

BEC's primary objective is to connect businesses with relevant customer requirements and generate qualified leads for its enrolled members.

2. BEC Membership Plans

BEC currently offers the following lifetime membership plans:

• ₹9,999 Lifetime Membership
• ₹19,999 Lifetime Membership
• ₹39,999 Lifetime Membership

The benefits and applicable service costs for each plan will be communicated in the respective plan details provided by BEC.

3. Lifetime Membership

All the above plans are lifetime-valid membership plans, subject to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable plan agreement.

Lifetime membership refers to the validity of the membership and does not mean a guarantee of leads, projects, customers, sales or revenue.

4. Qualified Leads

A qualified lead means a customer enquiry that relates to the member's selected business domain and contains sufficient information for the business to evaluate and follow up on the requirement.

BEC may apply its own reasonable criteria to determine whether an enquiry qualifies as a lead.

5. Exclusive Leads

BEC follows an exclusive lead model.

A qualified customer enquiry generated through a particular member's BEC advertisement or ad copy is intended exclusively for that member.

BEC does not ordinarily share the same lead with another BEC member.

The business receiving the lead is responsible for contacting the customer and converting the opportunity into a business/project.

6. No Guarantee of Business

BEC's objective is to generate qualified customer enquiries for enrolled businesses.

However, BEC does not guarantee:

• A specific number of leads
• A specific number of customers
• Project conversion
• A particular project value
• Sales or revenue
• Customer response or availability

The conversion of a lead into a project depends on the business and the customer.

7. Service Cost

For the ₹9,999, ₹19,999 and ₹39,999 plans, BEC may charge an agreed service cost based on the applicable percentage of the project value, as specified in the respective plan details/agreement.

The applicable percentage, calculation method and payment terms will be communicated to the member before the applicable service obligation arises.

8. Business Information

BEC may display the following information of an enrolled business as part of the BEC network:

• Business/Company Name
• Business Location
• Business Domain

The member's personal WhatsApp number, mobile number and other private contact details will not be publicly displayed as part of the standard BEC business listing, unless specifically authorised by the member.

9. Business Responsibility

Every BEC member is responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information.
• Providing genuine products and services.
• Responding professionally to customer enquiries.
• Maintaining all required licences and registrations.
• Providing accurate quotations and project information.
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Protecting customer information received through BEC.

10. Customer Information

Customer information received through a BEC lead must only be used for the relevant business enquiry.

Members must not:

• Sell customer information.
• Share customer information with unrelated parties.
• Misuse customer information.
• Use customer information for unrelated marketing without appropriate permission.

11. Project and Customer Relationship

BEC facilitates the connection between businesses and potential customers.

Any quotation, negotiation, agreement, payment, project execution, warranty or service delivery is between the business and customer unless BEC is specifically a party to that transaction.

BEC is not responsible for disputes arising between the business and customer regarding the actual project or service.

12. Payment

Membership fees and applicable service costs must be paid according to the selected plan and the payment terms communicated by BEC.

All applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged as per applicable law.

13. Service Cost & Project Information

Where a service cost is applicable based on project value, the member agrees to provide accurate information regarding the relevant project value and transaction.

BEC may request reasonable supporting information where necessary to calculate or verify the applicable service cost.

Providing false or misleading project information or attempting to avoid applicable service costs may result in suspension or termination of membership.

14. Refund & Cancellation

Refund and cancellation requests will be handled according to the refund/cancellation terms communicated by BEC at the time of membership purchase.

15. Misuse of BEC

Members must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Submit fraudulent enquiries.
• Misuse customer information.
• Attempt to avoid applicable BEC charges.
• Misrepresent project values.
• Harass or misuse customer contacts.
• Use BEC services for unlawful activities.

BEC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of serious violations.

16. Website & Service Availability

BEC will make reasonable efforts to keep its website and services available.

However, BEC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and will not be responsible for temporary interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, third-party services or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

17. Changes to BEC Services

BEC may update, modify or improve its website, services, plans or features from time to time.

Specific commercial terms agreed in writing with a member will continue to apply according to the applicable agreement.

18. Intellectual Property

The BEC name, logo, website content, graphics, documents, designs and other original materials are owned by or licensed to BEC.

They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.

19. Limitation of Liability

BEC's role is to facilitate business networking and generate qualified customer enquiries.

BEC is not responsible for:

• Customer decisions
• Customer cancellations
• Failure of a customer to respond
• Project disputes
• Project delays
• Quality of work provided by a member
• Payment disputes between a business and customer
• Loss of expected business or revenue

20. Termination

BEC may suspend or terminate a membership if a member:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Provides fraudulent information.
• Misuses customer information.
• Engages in unlawful activities.
• Deliberately attempts to avoid applicable BEC charges.
• Seriously damages the reputation or operation of BEC.

Any payment obligations already incurred before termination will remain payable.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
